Shipping Policies


Processing & Shipping times

In stock orders placed by within three days of order placement, and are normally shipped via USPS. Expedited services are available at checkout.

Some customized products like the Versalino Rove Kits, and custom Versalino builds may take as many as five business days for processing. If you place a large order that will take additional processing time we will contact you to let you know the forecast delivery time.

When you place your order, please allow time for processing in addition to the time it takes for the box to get to you once it has shipped. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with any tracking information available.Keep in mind the UPS & USPS service guarantees are suspended if delays are caused by bad weather or other natural/manmade disasters. We cannot refund shipping fees if your package arrives late due to snow or other natural disasters that affect your package during transit.

PLEASE NOTE: We ship extremely fast and cannot guarantee that a modification, cancellation or combination can be made once they have been shipped. Once your shipment has left the facility you will have to wait until it is received to make any changes.

Shipping Options

Virtuabotix uses two carriers, USPS (United States Postal Service) for standard shipping and UPS (United Parcel Service) for UPS Ground service. We do not offer Saturday delivery as an option for UPS at this time. If you would like us to bill your UPS account simply place your order with standard shipping, and contact us following your purchase so that we can bill your UPS account for the shipping type of your choice (We recommend emailing immediately following order placement to ensure that your change is received before the package ships).

For USPS ground, and our free shipping transit times are not guaranteed, but are generally less than or equal to 3 days following shipment. Regardless of the shipping method you select you will be provided with a tracking number, and a member of our team will be available to address any concerns you have (for example if your package has not arrived). All quoted transit times are in business days, and do not include weekends, US holidays, etc.



We are a local business in Portland Oregon, and as such all orders to the United States are tax free.

International Buyers:

For international order (outside of the United States of America) please allow for additional time for your products to arrive, or choose one of our expedited services to ensure your product arrives in a timely manner. Basic International shipping can take as much as 30 to 60 days depending on your country while expedited international shipments have guaranteed delivery windows.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Insurance & Claims

We insure all orders of $70 or more (not including shipping) with shipping insurance. This insurance covers damage and, loss and is automatically included free of charge to qualifying orders. If you believe your order should have arrived, or there is any problem/damage to it once it arrives please let us know immediately and we will help you with the problem.

International Shipping

International shipping is available through USPS only. Though international orders usually arrive within two weeks to their destination, delivery times vary greatly depending upon the country to which you would like your product delivered.

Additionally you should be aware that some countries do not choose to provide tracking on packages once they have left the US. So you may see that your package left the United States, but see nothing in the USPS tracking thereafter, this is because the package has been handed over to your countries customs and postal system. For most countries you can continue the tracking in your countries postal tracking system using the same USPS tracking number that we provide.

That said if you suspect that there is a problem with your shipment, please do not hesitate to contact us no matter where your shipment is going.
