A lot has happened since our last news letter.
The last time I sent out a news letter we were moving from Colorado to Portland, Oregon. Since that time a lot has happened, including most recently our short move to Molalla, Oregon.
First of all, to all of our long time fans, and supporters, thank you for sticking through it all with us. The move to Oregon brought our family to sea level from the extreme elevation of Colorado Springs, and was medically necessary. The transition has been huge, and I really appreciate all the support everyone has shown, especially from members of our supporters in Colorado who still pitch in to help every now and again.
In Portland we had some growing pains trying to move everything and keep our communication going smoothly. For anyone who experienced difficulty reaching us during that time, I am so sorry for the difficulty. Since then we have put a lot of work into making it easier to reach us.
Support Improvements abound!
One of the new features we have added is live chat to all of our main sites, so far we have seen questions being answered a lot more quickly that way. We have also fixed the email routing fro firstname.lastname@example.org, so now support messages are being seen quickly.
We are committed to providing the best possible customer care to our customers. To us that means ensuring that our customer always get best possible and on-time support and services.
In case of no reply from our team, please leave your Name & email including question in message box. Or simply send us an email with the same content to email@example.com.
We are also looking to improve the look and feel of some of our guides to make them a little easier to use soon. If you know of guides that could use some work, be sure to let us know what we could improve. Your feedback is always welcome.
Date Palm Media LLC
As part of our ongoing work to improve Virtuabotix we have re-organized as Date Palm Media LLC and Virtuabotix is now a sub-brand of Date Palm Media.
Because of the fact that we are providing Providing Software Automation Services, and working on some upcoming book publications, this change made sense from a broad planning perspective.
Funding for the improvements to Virtuabotix.com have come in part from the work being done by the team at https://datepalm.engineering, so if you know anyone who needs help developing automation software be sure to send them that way.
If you have any suggestions on how we can further improve our services, or what we should work on next please don’t hesitate to reach out.
I am super proud of the team and everything they have been able to do in the last couple of months, and can’t wait to see what we will accomplish next! Email suggestions to firstname.lastname@example.org and thanks in advance for your time.
